  • Line 3 Legal Defense Fund - helps with water protector expenses such as transportation, housing, and organizing fees around the court process.

    Stop Line 3 Bail Funds - transitioning from bail funds to lawyer fees, court costs, and defendant court support.

  • The movement for solidarity with and prayer for Nibi (water), Manoomin (wild rice), and Anishinaabe and accomplice water protectors continues. We envision building an indigenous-owned studio organizing space set high-up in Onigamiising (so-called Duluth), overlooking the water, to continue the work for the water. A space to cultivate healing, to study and honor treaties, to witness through song, prayer, and solidarity with all water protectors. The envisioned space overlooks the Gitchi-Gami International Port where the pipeline lands - we see its destruction.

  • We are a group of Line 3 defendants and supporters looking to create mutual aid networks among water protectors and accomplices. The key to this network is a culture of trust and generosity.

  • My name is Ron Turney. I'm a Water Protector from the White Earth Nation. Over the past year, I've been diligently monitoring and documenting what Enbridge's Line 3 destruction project has done to our wetlands, rivers, and aquifers.

    According to MN Statute 609.671 environmental crimes, Enbridge may have committed numerous FELONIES by their Failure to Report spills and accidents. The equipment I'm looking to purchase would have increased capabilities to detect aquifer breaches and monitor the Line 3 project.

    My footage has been crucial to pressuring the US Army Corps, MPCA, DNR, and EPA to do their jobs. With your help, I can continue to look after the water and the land and #StopLine3 - Miigwech!
